Today is 08/08/08!!!
A very memorable day and a special day~~~
Accordingly to Chinese beliefs, today is suppose to be a lucky day as 8 = 發
Well, myself don mind too much about all this...as i don buy TOTO.....or 大馬彩....hehehe~
But today is the day which has history value as today is the 2008 OLYMPIC OPENING CEREMONY!!!!!
Starting at 8pm sharp in China, which is the same time is Malaysia~~~ hurray~~~
Now, as for the opening ceremony doesnt starts before 8 at night, lets talk about what happen during the DAY time~
Today after the management presentations by other group, we (TB1) receive a pretty bad news saying that our dear Mr. Edwin will not be attending our last and final practical class for webpage design!! ( shark!! )
He nd to attend some conference .... ( stupid conference.......why for all days, why must you choose today....)
Taking his place is a lecturer from Kampar campus, which seems like we have met his before during last sem, during Computer Studies..... ( quite boring lec...taking 1 hour to take 5 slides.... )
Well~ I DID consider on attending his class~~~
But..... er...... under a few circumstances..... i finally decided to....................SKIP class........ hehehe ^^ ( i nv skip webpage class be4 leh..... )
Me and 8 of other girls from my class run away and went to Jaya 1 for lunch.
We choose a restaurant name Tapper.
A a bit old style, got a bit yonya style and the restaurant is fill with olden days songs...environment quite nice~
I ordered a fish and chips with a coke which cost me around RM 10 without tax and 10% discount for students, consider this as quite cheap althought the portions is a bit......small for my appetite..... so i am only 七分飽....... ( sob...i am still hungry.....)
Later on we went to Secret Recipe to buy cake for JiaWen as tomorrow tomorrow is her birthday, we had to celebrat earlier as we wont be seeing her on Sunday
She is celebrating her 18th birthday........
( sob....so young........ i am........already......2.....th.....so old......sob............. )

JiaWen is GOING to blow her 1st candle~~ one is marble cheese cake( i like!! ) and other one is mango cake~~
all of us who went to secret recipe~from left : XinLin, Liza, SinRu, Joanne, SiaoTing,

By the way, i found out not every girls like chocolate!
For example JiaWen and Joanne dont like it at all!

After coming back from Jaya 1, i went to bath and nap and get ready for the Opening Ceremony!!!!
Me and my dad actually have our dinner while watching the opening ceremony on Astro channel 816.
Starting with the sound of beating drums~~ dong dong dong~~~
fireworks~~~ bom bom bom~~
dancing and presenting chinese culture~~~ 四大發明
One thing amaze me a lot is the amount of ppl and custume they use!!!!
It is really a lot!!! A lot!! uncountable!!!!!!
Shark! China must have spend a lot on this 4 hours opening ceremony........
Well, i really cant discribe what had really happen as i don have the video or pictures from it
But i can tell you that it was really amazing!!!!!!
Starting tomorrow will be the events~~~ i am looking forward to watch gymnastic~~~^^
